With over 24 years of hands-on experience in systems administration, cloud infrastructure, and enterprise automation across healthcare, government, and defense sectors, DJuane brings unmatched technical expertise and operational discipline to the company’s mission. His background in cybersecurity, Microsoft Azure, and automation engineering—combined with the values of integrity, excellence, and accountability instilled through military service—drives iTechSmart’s commitment to innovation and reliability. Under his leadership, iTechSmart is pioneering AI-powered IT automation designed to empower organizations to work smarter, faster, and more securely.
Fawad Zulfiqar
Chief Technology Officer, iTechSmart Inc.
Fawad Zulfiqar, PMP, CSM, SSM, SDP, MBA, is the Chief Technology Officer at iTechSmart Inc, bringing over 15 years of experience leading enterprise IT, Agile program management, and software development initiatives across cloud, DevOps, and QA environments. He has held senior leadership roles including Deputy Director of QA Engineering and Agile Project Manager at the IRS and private sector organizations, where he successfully delivered complex software projects on time and within budget. At iTechSmart, Fawad drives innovation across the 37-product Unified AI Operating System (UAIO), focusing on AI-powered automation, zero-touch remediation, cybersecurity, and HIPAA-compliant healthcare solutions.
